To make sure that Press and Media are informed and that the race flows smoothly, Iron Dog has put together several documents and contracts.

Informational PDF’s  included in the Press Kit page explain about the trademarked Iron Dog logo and materials contract, and a media credential request form with a deadline of February 8th, 2010.

Also included is the Iron Dog general procedures for dealing with the media, an emergency/crisis, video and  photography guidelines, privacy policy, and restriction of use of materials.
