Overview
The World’s Longest, Toughest Snowmobile Race is scheduled to begin with both Expedition Class & Pro Class departing on Big Lake, February 15, 2025. (Saturday).
Ambassador Team will depart Big Lake on February 2/13/25, (Thursday)
Nome Halfway Celebration will be 2/19/25, (Wednesday)
Pro Class Nome southbound departure will be 2/20/25, (Thursday).
Pro Class finish will be on 2/22/25, (Saturday), followed by the Awards Banquet
On Sunday 2/23/25 we will host Iron Pup Races at noon on the Ice at the Best Western on Lake Lucille

The Iron Dog race follows a 2,503 mile path from Big Lake to Kotzebue, then to Nome for the Halfway Ceremonies, and finally concluding back in Big Lake.
