2025 Registration Will Open for Pro Class August 14th, 2024 at 12:00pm and Close on September 30, 2024 at 6:00PM AKST. Early Bird will Close September 15, 2024 at 6:00pm AKST. Expedition Registration will open October 7, 2024 and close on December 16, 2024 at 5:00pm AKST.

Online Registration (Step 1)

The first step to participating in the 2025 Iron Dog Race is to complete your online racer registration.

Required Documents

NEW FOR 2025 RACE: You will need the following documents completed and ready to upload during your registration. You may scan and upload, or you may take a picture with your phone. Please retain all original copies.

  • FORM A: Release & Waiver Of Liability & Indemnity - Download Form

    • Notary Required - Please seek a notary. Iron Dog cannot provide notary services for the 2025 race registration.

  • FORM B: Consent and Release for Use of Individual’s Name and Likeness - Digital Signature during Registration

  • FORM C: Sports Physical Exam, signed by your doctor - Download Form

    • A Current CDL card will be accepted in lieu of a doctors form.

  • FORM D: Government Issued Photo Identification

    • Must be valid during the race.

  • FORM E: W-9 Form - Download Form

    • Pro-class only. Form must be signed.

  • FORM F: Notification of the Rules Form - Digital Signature during Registration

  • FORM G: Current First Aid Card & CPR Certification Card

  • FORM H: ISR Racing (International Snowmobile Racing) Membership Card/Number. A designated link for the Iron Dog Race can be found under “Type of Race”. Choose this option.

Registration Fees (Step 1)

You may pay your racer registration fee online, by mail, or in-person. During your registration, you will be prompted to select a method of payment.

2025 Pro Class: $3,475.00 per rider

+ $250.00 Refundable GPS Tracker Deposit
+ $280.00 Non-Refundable Fuel Surcharge
= $4005.00 (Total Check/Cash)
+ 3% Credit/Debit Card Fee of $120.00
= $4125.00 (Total Credit/Debit)

2025 Expedition Class: $2,900.00 per rider

+ $250.00 Refundable GPS Tracker Deposit
+ $217.00 Non-Refundable Fuel Surcharge
= $3,367.00 (Total Check/Cash)
+ 3% Credit/Debit Card Fee of $101.00
= $3468.00 (Total Credit/Debit)

Note: Your GPS refund check ($250) will be mailed to you upon return of your GPS unit & mount to the Iron Dog office after the race. Participants must return GPS units & mounts within 30 days (March 23, 2025) of finish or will forfeit their $250 GPS deposit to Iron Dog Race, Inc.

Pay Registration online

During your racer registration, you will have the option to pay online using a credit or debit card. Please select the following option on the Registration Fee step. Racer Biography & Profile (Step 2)

Your Racer Biography & Profile is DIFFERENT than your race entry registration form. You will need to complete BOTH forms.

Your Racer Profile can be completed before December 1, 2024. This information appears on the Race Tracking App and on the printed Iron Dog Guide.

If you have raced before you can log in with the same email account and password. If you’re new, create a new email account and password. Contact us with any questions.

Number Colors

Iron Dog Race strongly encourages all participants to wear helmets that display High Vis Colors over 75% of the surface area.

Participant’s helmets NO LONGER need to meet ISR specifications and be a minimum of (75%) blaze orange.
